About Me

Hello, I am a Multimedia Producer teaching Digital Audio Production at Butte College in Northern California.

My creative journey started as a child actor. Life on multiple sets revealed the magic behind the scenes, and I was fascinated by the process of creating entertainment. Growing up, my passion for creative storytelling was further explored by creating art, fiction, role-playing games, and comic books.

Since receiving a BFA in Video / Film from the Savannah College of Art and Design, I’ve worked in a variety of positions that expanded my skills as a storyteller and designer: writer, film director, web designer, and visual fx artist, just to name a few.

My first horror feature, “Bloodwood Cannibals”, was released in 2010 by Eagle One Media and currently has almost 4 million views on the Kings of Horror Youtube channel.

In 2016, I started teaching Digital Audio Production at Butte College in Northern California. It’s been a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, my lack of a Masters degree has limited my opportunities for advancement and more classes.

Then in November 2018, the deadliest wildfire in California history destroyed my hometown Paradise. In a matter of hours, I lost my home, my studio, and a lifetime of original art and media files.

Losing everything was like pressing life’s Reset button. Now I’m pushing forward to provide a better life for my wife and daughter. This journal documents my educational journey through the Media Design Master of Fine Arts program at Full Sail University. An MFA will advance my knowledge and skills, opening new doors to greater opportunities.

Thank you for joining me on this journey.
